Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PSDF was established in 2010 as a not-for-profit company set up in collaboration with United Kingdom Department for International Development. PSDF manages the skills training funding of the World Bank. PSDF started its operations in the four poorest districts of Punjab and has since expanded to all 36 districts. PSDF has trained 300,000 underprivileged youths across Punjab in 250 demand-driven and market-relevant trades across 10 sectors. Some 400 partners deliver training, of which 150 are businesses.
