Al Sakr for Food Industries Co. operates in the food industry. It has more than 1,500 employees and six factories in Borg El Arab City, Alexandria, specializing in the manufacture of nectars, processed cheese, pure butter ghee and UHT milk. In addition to the trading section, it is the sole agent of Fonterra Butter in Egypt and many international companies. It imports frozen chicken from Brazil, frozen liver from the US and frozen fish from all over the world.
