State Development & Investment Corp.

Established in 1995, State Development & Investment Corp. (SDIC) is a state investment holding company. It is a pilot unit for state capital investment company reform initiated by the State Council’s State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. It is also the only state-owned enterprise that has signed a Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and serves as an important platform for the NDRC to implement major national strategies. Its combined revenue in 2018 was RMB135.8 billion, with a profit of RMB19.3 billion and total assets of RMB584 billion.
