Temasek Trust

Established by Temasek in 2007, Temasek Trust is a steward of philanthropic endowments and gifts. It provides governance and financial oversight to 23 programme endowments and gifts from Temasek. Their mandates support the non-profit ecosystem that includes Temasek Foundation, Stewardship Asia Centre and Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory. Temasek Trust distributes 4% of endowment principal annually. This provides funding for the non-profit ecosystem to carry out programmes to connect people, uplift communities, protect the planet and advance capabilities. It can also distribute up to 10% of the endowments gifted by Temasek. Temasek Trust aims to pioneer and enable new pathways for philanthropy in Asia.
