Trans Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA)

The Trans Caledon Tunnel Authority is a state-owned specialist organization responsible for the funding and implementation of bulk raw water projects in South Africa. It was established to implement the South Africa portion of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project, taking on the government's responsibility for project implementation, long-term funding and risk management.
