Wadhawan Group

The Wadhawan Group has diversified business interests focused on the financial services industry. DHFL, its 30-year-old flagship company with $8 billion of assets under management, offers a range of home and mortgage finance. DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance Company, a joint venture with Prudential Financial of the US, is another key business interest. The Group has joint ventures with the International Finance Corporation to provide home loans in low-income regions and another specializing in education loans to students for higher studies.
