World Energy Council (WEC)

The World Energy Council (WEC) is a global organization, established in London in 1923, covering all forms of energy. It has over 90 member countries and covers energy issues, including energy scenarios, energy market structures, the environment, and energy poverty. Its member committees are supported by global energy companies and other interests that organize a congress every three years to report the results of its studies, technical services and regional programmes.
