Yasar Holding

Hedef is the majority shareholder controlling the Yasar Group directly and indirectly. Its main shareholders are members of the Yasar family. The group companies operate mainly in food, beverages, and coatings. They also have activities in the tissue, trade, agribusiness and services areas. In its 2009 financial year, its consolidated net sales were $1.2 billion. It has 22 companies and two foundations, and employs about 6.300 people. Five of its companies were among Fortune 500 companies in Turkey in 2009.
