Ababio Kwame the founder of Green Afro-Palms (GAP) is a young farmer and an entrepreneur who graduated as an engineer with distinction honors from a mining school but nonetheless sees agriculture as a solution to ending poverty in Africa, hence has passion for agric-development. His optimism is in the young African’s contribution towards Africa’s development so together with his organization, he is geared in implementing farming for sustainable development against all odds and distractions for Africa to contribute in feeding the world, reducing poverty and providing employments for her upcoming generations and using these successes as advocate tools for more youth’s involvement into modern agriculture; describing his vision in one of his publications: “Why ‘I’ must do Agric-An AFRICAN YOUTH” [see: http://goo.gl/oLS0gW ]. With their path in Oil palm, Green Afro-Palms (GAP) is a young ago-organization rising in GHANA creating sustainable Agric-business driven by entrepreneurship, innovation and desire for social change.
