My name is Adilia Temirkanova. I am a sociologist by education and graduated from the American University of Central Asia in 2016. For over six years, I’ve been focused on empowering women to become independent, promoting critical thinking, supporting democratic values, and advocating for fair and transparent elections.

In recent years, I’ve transitioned into entrepreneurship. I currently import non-alcoholic beverages from China and plan to expand into European markets. I'm also developing a zero-waste product — sugar crystal sticks — to introduce sustainable practices into my business.

I’m an active member of the JIA Business Association and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Kyrgyz Republic. Outside of work, I enjoy horseback riding, archery, and writing poetry. These personal passions help keep me grounded and inspired in both my professional and private life.
