Aditi is an Architect and an Urban Planner. Her research interests and practice stem from the confluence of Real Estate Development, Infrastructure Financing, Heritage Management, Capacity Building and SDG 2030 Localisation.

She currently seats as an Assistant Manager for the Financial Advisory Services at Deloitte and also leads the Project OUTdoors at Global Shapers Gurugram Hub. In addition to the mentioned engagements, she is the National Representative for Emerging Young Professional Group (EPWG) and Co-coordinator for National Scientific Committee for Historic Towns & Villages at International Council of Monuments & Sites (ICOMOS-India, an advisory body for UNESCO).

She is a graduated UN-SDSN LPF Fellow (2021 Cohort), and a LPF Fellowship Mentor for the 2022 Cohort, where she developed her own project and contributed in building solutions for the localisation of SDG 11 for the city she represents. Simultaneously, she is working as a part of an evolving, interdisciplinary, and voluntary collective called Missing Basti, to develop an open website that aims to leverage the power of maps and data in supporting marginalised communities.

An ardent academic performer, Aditi is a Gold Medallist in B.Arch. and an Academic Excellence Award winner in M.Plan. She has bagged the GICEA Gold Medal Award and National Awards for Excellence (NIASA by Council of Architecture, India) for her postgraduate and graduate capstone projects, respectively. She is a nominated candidate for YTAA-EU Mies Award (by European Union) and has received special mention for Kurula Varkey Design Forum and Charles Correa Gold Medal Award. Aditi is the winner of the ICOMOS-India NSC Research Grant for the year 2021.
