Aditya is the Founder and Chairman of Alexis Group, India's leading federation of youth organizations bound by the common motto of Passion for Excellence. He was selected as a Hesselbein Fellow by the University of Pittsburgh USA, Prerna Fellow by the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, Fellow by the City Montessori School Lucknow, Changemaker by the Global Action on Poverty, and TEDx Speaker in recognition of his exemplary leadership, public service, and civic engagement skills.

He earned MSc in International Management with Merit from the Strathclyde Business School, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow and Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Delhi.

Aditya has contributed to various international platforms like the G20, BRICS, United Nations, UN ESCAP, UNFCCC, UN Global Compact, UN Civil Society Network, Let’s Do It World, UNEP, Indo Pacific Circle, Climate Action Champions Network among others.

He has also earned several certifications in Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Public Service, Public Policy, Global Business Studies, General Management, Strategic Management of NGO and Non-profit Organizations, Mass Media & Public Relations, Intellectual Property Law, E-Commerce Law, and Right to Information from reputed international and national universities/institutions.

Aditya has traveled widely in India, USA, UK, UAE, Russia, China, Serbia, Mauritius, Thailand, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. Furthermore, he has an extensive experience in Youth Empowerment, Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development, Women Empowerment, Education, Environment, Climate Change and Sustainability, Rural Development and Farmer Welfare, Public Policy and Governance, among other things. This enables the organizations he works for, to develop visionary capabilities, challenge conventional models, and co-create diverse experiential learning programs.

He has led organizing committees of various national and international conferences such as International Youth Forum for Policy, Change and Development, Global Ethics and Values Convention, Model Indian Governance (3 Editions), World Law Dialogue, Indian Law Conclave (3 Editions), The Lucknow Conclave, Law, Policy & Governance School, Alexis Group Conclave (5 Editions), Gaon Chaley Hum (3 Editions), Agrasar School (3 Editions), and Samvaad (4 Editions).

Aditya has conducted pro bono training sessions on Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development for over 10,000 students across premier institutes which include the IIMs, IITs and University of Delhi to name a few. During these sessions, his approach was to train students in a way that can inspire the youth and enable them to impart this training in their communities.
