Aizhan Kapysheva is an outoing curator of Dubai Hub, United Arab Emirates. Aizhan is a public policy professional with the expertise in policy development, knowledge management, and government innovation.

She is currently the Head of Solutions Mapping at UNDP Kazakhstan's Accelerator Lab. Prior to this role, Aizhan served UAE government in a capacity as a senior policy analyst focusing on embedding innovation in UAE's human development sector.

Previously Aizhan worked at a number of international organizations, including UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network, World Heath Organization, UNICEF, and Human Rights Watch. Aizhan holds BA from Nazarbayev University, Kazakhstan, and MPA from Columbia University, USA.
