Mr. Al Rajwani is the CEO and MD of P&G India. Al is a US citizen of Indian origin and has more than 35 years’ experience working for Procter & Gamble in a variety of leadership roles across Product Supply, Marketing and General Management positions in the US, Canada, China, Korea and Arabian Peninsula.

Under Al’s leadership, P&G India business has turned profitable and has been recognised as a case study for profitable growth by P&G globally & P&G India’s value accretive results enable the company to continue to be market leaders in most of the categories it plays in.

Al is also the driving force behind talent development where P&G India has been recognised as an Employer of Choice by Randstad and has been awarded for results on environment sustainability & employee satisfaction across plant sites.

Al is closely involved & passionate about improving the lives of underprivileged children through the P&G Shiksha CSR program which is providing holistic education by building and supporting over 1000 schools across India which will impact the lives of more than 10,00,000 children.

Prior to his role at the helm of P&G India, Al was VP Arabian Peninsula and Pakistan operations where the business has grown double digit over the last decade and paved the way for P&G to be one of the leading FMCG companies in the Middle East.

Al received his degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary (Canada) in 1981.

Al is married and enjoys traveling, swimming, and investing in the stock market.
