I am an Associate Director at Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP), a regional VC firm, focused on early and growth stage, tech-startups in the MENA region. Prior to that, I working in Bahrain Development Bank (BDB) as part of the Rowad Program, which provides a holistic program designed to support startups and SMEs in the country through various services such as coaching, mentoring, funding and incubation. I also worked as a Business Analyst for Dun & Bradstreet, Bahrain Office.

I completed my Bachelor’s Degree at Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada in Entrepreneurship and Finance. During my time at university, I worked as a business developer for 2 startups. I was also part of the administrative team in my university’s own business incubator, the Ryerson Digital Media Zone (DMZ). I am married with a daughter. Outside of school, work and family, I have participated in numerous activities and projects including radio shows, book clubs and youth camps
