Extensive global experience with complex, domestic and cross-border transactions covering public and private mergers, acquisitions, disposals, capital raisings and restructurings; has led a number of landmark transactions, including advising a Chinese company on the first ever takeover of a main market UK listed company. As Adviser to the Managing Director and World Bank Group Chief Financial Officer, works on a range of financial and risk management strategies of the World Bank Group and for the institutions that make up the Group; primary focus is on finance related matters, such as the development of new lines of business within finance, infrastructure finance and interactions with groups such as the World Economic Forum.
