I am a Scientific officer with Nigeria’s National Space Center and spends most of my time reading, learning, being a mom and surfing the web. I am also a freelance graphic designer and have dabbled in digital entrepreneurship with ventures such as off The griddle (an online waffle shop), digital marketing for private organisations and individuals.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Cyber Security. I was elected senator in Baze university for the IT department during my undergrad studies. I have interned with Galaxy Backbone in 2015. During my time with Claro Software Preston (2016) I found my interest in Programming and improved my problem solving-skills. At Steamledge (2017) I started venturing into graphics design and UI/UX.
I have worked with a couple of volunteer organisations (The Centre for Volunteering and Community Leadership, Preston, 2016 & Steamledge Community 2017) before joining the Global Shapers in 2020. I am passionate about bridging the IT divide in my community.
My current goal is to have as much impact as I can within my local community whilst up skilling in areas such as leadership, my field of study (Cyber Security), networking with the International community to bring progress to my circle and being a role model to my child.
