Amir has been involved in both the business and humanitarian worlds ever since his early 20's - establishing various businesses and NGOs. Additionally, Amir has been appointed as an advisor and committee member to various international organizations.

Amir is currently the Cofounder & CEO of Tadamon, a unique crowdfunding platform for verified charity cases. www.TADAMON.world

Amir is also the Founder & Director of YARA (Youth Association for Reality and Awareness) - an NGO which was established in 2010 when Amir was only 24 years old (YARA.org). YARA has conducted dozens of campaigns: from securing education for out of school children, preserving the environment, empowering both youth and women, holding interfaith & inter-religious conferences, as well as youth capacity building through inspirational speeches and workshops. As a result of YARA's impact on enhancing society, Amir became a Fellow for the King Abdullah Award for Youth Innovation and Achievement in 2013 (KAAYIA.jo).

In 2012, Amir became a Global Shaper of the Global Shapers Community (GlobalShapers.org) and Curator of the Amman Hub in 2014; an initiative of the World Economic Forum. Since 2014, Amir has been the Country Chair of Jordan for Global Dignity, an organization that focuses on everyone's dignity to be recognized (GlobalDignity.org). In 2012 at the age of 26, Amir held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mlabbas.com for 6 years before moving into the tech world. In 2018, Amir joined SiTech (Semantic Intelligent Technologies) as Director of Operations - a tech company that builds products and solutions that disrupt and transform traditional business models into new age, tech companies in order to stay relevant during the Fourth Industrial Revolution (SiTech.me).

Shihadeh holds a BA in Business Information Systems from Jordan University, ranking 10th out of 130 graduating students and with a GPA of 3.41.
