Ana Escobedo

Director of International Government Affairs at ArcelorMittal, the World’s leading metal and mining company with presence in 60 countries around the world. After working in the financial sector for many years, covering insurance and investment responsibilities; she joined ArcelorMittal in 2008. Currently, her responsibility is to coordinate governmental policy matters and to represent the Group on a range of issues at international level, towards governments, international organizations and institutions; being trade, climate regulations, policy analysis & compliance the key priorities on her role in the company. Ana holds two BA degrees in business administration and public accounting, a Masters in Finance from London Business Schools and other postgraduate studies focused on strategy and public policy from Harvard Kennedy University and INSEAD.
