Founder and CEO in Epic Queen, an education organization with one mission close the gender gap in STEM. We empower girls through the development of soft and technical skills by giving the tools to build their confidence, dreams and their futures. While she was working in Epic Queen, Ana Karen wanted to give the same experience to kids and their families so she co-found Exponential Land an education company that creates learning programs for 21st Century Skills.

Now a days, Ana Karen is working in both Epic Queen and Exponential Land with the mission to create more citizens prepared for the future.
