Andrea Pradilla

Director, Global Reporting Initiative Hispanic America

Andrea Pradilla is the Director of the Global Reprorting Initiatieve-GRI in Hispanic America, responsible for promoting transparency and sustainability reporting in the region as means to increase competitiveness and foster trust. Before joining GRI in 2014, Mrs. Pradilla was the head of the Colombian National Contact Point for the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism She previously worked as an international development consultant in Washington DC, creating and strengthening social investment strategies for multinational corporations, foundations and non-profit organizations in Asia, Europe, the United States and Latin America. Before this, Andrea worked for the Albright Stonebridge Group and for the International Labor Rights Forum both located in Washington, D.C. Prior to moving to the US, Andrea worked as an Advisor for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Colombia.

She holds a JD from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia, and a Masters of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. Andrea currently serves on the board of non-profits and is an adjunct professor of Corporate Sustainability at CESA business school in Colombia.
