Anisha Jhunjhunwala

Alumni, Global Shapers Community

Anisha is a psychologist who believes in the magic of emotions. She wants to empower people by creating a safe space for them to feel, express and learn. She knows that we are all capable of living extraordinary lives, but we often fall prey to the huge emotional elephant who sometimes controls the rational rider.

With a struggling start to life, Anisha more than any other person, understands the importance of Mental and Emotional Well-being especially in the growing years. Over the past 10 years, she has been passionately teaching students to understand where the gap lies. Later she founded The Making of You which designs Social and Emotional Learning Curriculums for Schools and organises various skill development programmes for students, parents, teachers, employees and other relevant stakeholders across different positions and niches. Her training programmes have impacted more than 4000 people so far.

She joined the Global Shapers Community in Mid 2019 where she is giving shape to her objective of educating people about mental health and bridge the gap between those who need care and those who have access to care. Through her initiatives of hosting mental health awareness session and Pop-Up Festival (the festival of emotions), she has impacted more than 2000 people so far.
