Anke Boykin

Senior Director, Global Environmental Policy, PepsiCo Inc.

Anke Boykin is Senior Director Global Environmental Policy at PepsiCo, based in Washington D.C. She leads the development of PepsiCo’s global policy positions on key environmental issues and engagement with key global stakeholder organizations.

Anke has more than 15 years of experience working at the intersection of business and public policy. Prior to joining PepsiCo in 2014, Anke worked in the European Parliament in Brussels where she managed the office of a Member of Parliament focused on food safety and veterinary legislation. She also worked as an EU Public Affairs Consultant.

Anke holds a B.A. in English and Intercultural Studies from the University of Bayreuth, Germany, and a Master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Bonn, Germany. She also studied at the University of Arizona in Tucson as part of a scholarship program with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). She lives in Montgomery County, Maryland, with her husband and two young daughters.
