Ankit is a green energy enthusiast who founded Lume Solar Energy in 2015. He is working on solarising the remotest parts of India and envisions for making solar energy affordable and available for everyone. His company was twice featured in Bloomberg New Energy and Finance. After completing his Mechanical Engineering he further pursued his Management degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. As a management student he was awarded as the Best Manager by IBS. He actively volunteered for Teach for India where he took the initiative for teaching the underprivileged children. He was also awarded by JECRC and JK Lakshmipat University as a Budding Entrepreneur .He participated in BAJA SAE India where his team designed,fabricated and validated All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) and made it to top 20 teams across India . He is an avid traveller who loves to explore different cultures and lifestyle.
