I am an experienced non-profit professional passionate about natural resource policies and women's roles in resource management. I hold a Master's in Water Science, Policy, and Management from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's in Agriculture Science & Technology from Purbanchal University, Nepal. My research has focused on sustainable water management and the impact of gender roles in rural communities.

I have a strong background in grant management, stakeholder engagement, and policy analysis. I have successfully led initiatives such as transforming a school into a zero-waste institution and have contributed to international research on environmental and gender issues. My skills include effective communication, program development, and community management.
