She has been recognized among Top 5 Social Innovators from India and People’s Choice Awardee at Youth Co:Lab India 2020 (in partnership with Atal incubation Mission and UNDP India).

Through her venture Avasarshala, Ashwathy works each day to Empower, Educate and Ensure children have access to aspirational Opportunities that help them advance and fulfil their potential. The organization also partners with events that provide a platform for kids to explore their talents and discover their potentials. Ashwathy has enabled K-12 students in India to avail Scholarships, Fellowships and Leadership opportunities worth over 12.5M INR in the past one year, in the regional, national and international scope. Her work has helped to reach 30,000 Indian students with aspirational opportunities including international leadership exposures and recently she planned and executed a campaign to help spread awareness of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals among 4500 students across India.
