Bailey is an Arizona, USA native. She moved to Ithaca, NY in 2016 where she joined Global Shapers. As she was studying Design and Environmental Analysis at Cornell University, the Ithaca Hub elected her as their Curator in 2018--the youngest curator elected in 2018 globally at 22 years old. Her Hub worked on improving exposure to media literacy in the Ithaca community.
From 2019-2020, she was a part of the Minneapolis Hub, where she served as Hub Engagement chair and supported women empowerment events. In 2020, Bailey moved to Chicago and served as the Communications Chair, Shaping the Vote liaison, workshop co-creator, and External Affairs Chair. She now lives in Philadelphia, PA, as a User Experience Researcher at Boston Consulting Group creating inclusive technological employee experiences, currently leads the cross-hub Inter-Racial Dialogues initiative, and serves as the outgoing Curator for the Philadelphia Hub.
Bailey also serves as a community partner for universities and mentorship programs in Ithaca, Minneapolis, Chicago, and Philadelphia in User Experience.
Bailey is currently pursuing her Master's in Human-Computer Interaction and Design at the University of California - Irvine.
