President, Bankshire Corp. Returned fulltime to the company founded in 2002. During assignments in the USA and Qatar, remained on the board of directors as a non-executive director.

Bankshire is a consulting firm that offers comprehensive line of leading-edge technology solutions in: Management, Information and Communication Technology. Bankshire also offers investor relations and capital markets solutions for companies who strive to build long term relationships with their key stakeholders.

Previously, Head of Corporate Communications at Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), one of the fastest growing sovereign wealth funds in the world with assets under management of more than USD 350 billion.

Joined QIA in early 2016 as part of a senior executive team that was tasked to set up and manage the sovereign fund’s subsidiary in New York. Some of the responsibilities included serving as secretary of the board of directors for QIA Advisory (USA) as well as managing the day-to-day administrative and finance functions in addition to the development and execution of QIA’s communication strategies in North America. In early 2019, moved back to headquarters in Qatar to support the newly appointed CEO in delivering expert corporate communications and specifically head the events department as well as coordinate the CEO’s overseas official agenda.

Other roles in Qatar included serving as the Assistant Director in the office of the Chairman of the Board at Ooredoo Group, a leading telecoms services provider with a presence in 10 countries.

Joined Ooredoo as the Head of International and Investor Relations in early 2007 responsible for the company’s compliance and disclosure. Before transferring to QIA in early 2016, served as the Ooredoo’s board elected compliance officer and a committee member on Corporate Governance board.

Prior to the engagements in Qatar, worked at Univision Communications, the fifth largest television and radio network in the United States. At Univision, spent seventeen years in different capacities ranging from television Station Manager in New York, to Financial Controller in several other key television markets including Albuquerque, NM, Dallas, TX, San Francisco, CA and Phoenix, AZ.

Multi-lingual in: English, Arabic, German, Swahili and Spanish. Lived in five countries and traveled mostly on official duties to more than 40 countries.
