Benita Kayembe

Benita has a solid academic foundation encompassing global health, sociology, and critical minerals mining within the Democratic Republic of the Congo. She currently works with local organizations and decision-makers on the African continent to shape policies to drive positive change on a global scale, starting with Sub-saharan Africa. Her research aims to bridge the gap between industry practices, environmental concerns, and socioeconomic progress to improve human development indicators in low-income communities.
