Bhushan Sethi

Bhushan is a Partner within Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting business focused on Business and Organization Transformation. He is an experienced global leader, pragmatic strategist and practitioner with a demonstrable track record of working with global organizations and leading multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement business, organization and workforce strategies that enable sustainable business, customer, financial, workforce and regulatory outcomes.

He has worked with senior executives across industries (with specific experience in Financial Services, Technology & Life Sciences) and geographies to deliver on growth strategy, sustainable cost reduction, digital transformation and regulatory compliance. Within PwC, he has co-led the Global People and Organization practice, led the US Financial Services People & Organization practice and Global workforce strategy capability. Prior to joining PwC, Bhushan held go-to-market and practice leadership roles at other management consulting firms

Bhushan is an award winning thought leader, speaker, podcaster and influencer on "future of work”, globalization, leadership and Trust, Jobs/Labor Economics and ESG. He has been recently recognized on the “2023 Power List of top 200 biggest voices in Leadership” and has been previously recognized on the 2020 and 2019 "most inclusive HR Influencer" list and a 2019 “HRO superstar”. He has regularly featured in top tier written and broadcast global media (including WSJ, FT, Bloomberg, CNBC, Marketplace, Forbes, HBR, BBC and The Economist) and is an active member of councils for World Economic Forum – Skills and Education and G20/T20 - Future of Work. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor for NYU Stern School of Business, where he teaches the strategy consulting course to MBA students.
