Bianca is passionate about protecting future generations by supporting a just and clean energy transition.

She currently leads the global green hydrogen/ammonia strategy for Orica, one of the world’s largest mining services company. She is also an Ambassador for Battery Associates, supporting automotive OEMs to develop a circular battery economy.

Bianca is also a Director for water utility South East Water, overseaing the safe and sustainable supply of water and sewage services to more than 2 million customers and the advisory board of Bush Heritage Australia, which buys bushland and partners with indigenous communities to preserve biodiverse landscapes and native species.

A sought after advisor and speaker, she has spoken at international forums, most notably the UN Stockholm+50 on a declaration from youth to protect future generations.

Bianca is an Alumni of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as well as Youth Without Borders, where she served as the CEO.
