Birgit Heraeus-Roggendorf is an entrepreneur, investor, and family business advocate. She believes that everyone has the power to ignite change — and that family business owners, in particular, hold extraordinary levers to do so through their companies.

She strongly believes that entrepreneurship, investing, philanthropy, and policy must work hand in hand to create lasting change. That is why she is passionate about bringing together high-profile entrepreneurs and business owners to exchange openly on impact and responsibility — convinced that human connection, honest dialogue, and the right room can shift mindsets and spark real action.

She has been actively engaged in initiatives like Kwithu Kitchen in Malawi, Lean In Barcelona, and Start-up Teens in Germany — where entrepreneurship and aspiration meet to create change in the society we live in.

Birgit hold a BSc in Business from WHU Germany and a MBA from Columbia Business School.

She serves on the Advisory Board of Heraeus and chairs its Shareholder Council.
