Brigitte Sitzberger is Managing Partner of GlobalMindsets FZ-LLC in Dubai, offering advisory services to public and private sector entities in the areas of human capital development and education. Her professional career started at Bertelsmann, where she held progressively more senior and strategic HR positions in South Korea, Germany and China. From 2009-2011, Sitzberger was the Associate Director of Human Capital for the Advanced Technology Investment Company, a Mubadala Company in Abu Dhabi. She was responsible for analysing the human capital supply demand gap and creating strategies and educational programmes to meet the needs for a technology ecosystem in the UAE. Her leadership and expertise have been recognized with several awards, including the Young Business Woman of the Year Shanghai 2005, Generation CEO 2010 and 4x40 under 40 (2011).
