Caela Tanjangco is a Director at Endeavor, and Head of Asia for Endeavor Catalyst, its rules-based fund. She helps create thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems by acting as a catalyst for high impact entrepreneurs by providing them access to mentorship from key business leaders, talent and capital. She currently leads Endeavor's global support office in Singapore and fund activities in Asia.

Prior to Endeavor, Caela was a Management Consultant with Accenture focused on leveraging business and technology solutions for the non-profit sector by working with Accenture Development Partnerships (A development sector consulting arm) and Corporate Citizenship. She also previously co-founded a healthcare social enterprise called Harambee Vision, which empowered out of school youth to create and sell low cost prescription glasses for those in need. The company was featured in the Financial Times, Huffington Post, Forbes Spain and the Hult Prize Global Finals at the Clinton Global Initiative.

She holds a Masters Degree in International Management from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, and a BS Psychology Degree from Ateneo de Manila University
