Experience spanning financial services, First Nations impact and strategy advisory. Academic background in Environmental Engineering and International Development.

Caleb holds extensive experience in operational sustainability strategies, having worked with leading organizations such as Lendlease and AMP Capital. He also regularly provides strategic guidance to organizations such as Ormond College and the Responsible Investment Association of Australia (RIAA) on First Nations affairs.

Caleb is currently a participating member of the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) Expert Working Group on Indigenous Peoples in a Greening Economy, and a contributor to the UNFCCC Local Communities and Indigenous Peoples Platform (LCIPP) Pacific Regional Gathering.

He is a Non-Executive Director of the Climate Action Network Australia (CANA) and is a member of the Environment Victoria Board Governance Subcommittee; both of which promote greater climate and environment engagement among their broad NFP member networks.

Caleb holds a Master of Development Studies from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering.
