Carlos Rodríguez-Pastor is founder and Chairman of Intercorp and founder and Managing Partner of Nexus Group. Intercorp and Nexus Group invest primarily in Peru and the Andean Region and manage portfolio companies in financial services, retail, real estate, education, leisure and entertainment and packaging.
He is also member of The Executive Board of Royalty Pharma, Co-Chairman of The Chairman's International Advisory Council of the Americas Society/Council of the Americas, member of the Board of Trustees at Dartmouth College, member of the Board of Advisors at Tuck School of Business, member of The Global Advisory Council at Harvard University, member of The Corporation Development Committee at MIT, member of the Board of Trustees at The New York Public Library, member of The Acquisition Committee of the Museum of Modern Art of New York for Latin America and the Caribbean and member of the Latin American Conservation Council in partnership with The Nature Conservancy.
Mr. Rodríguez-Pastor is also very much involved in education projects as co-founder and Chairman of Innova Schools, founder of PeruChamps and member of The Global Advisory Board of Khan Academy.
Mr. Rodriguez-Pastor graduated with a BA in Social Sciences from the University of California at Berkeley in 1983 and obtained an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College in 1988.
