year tenure as VP, RCN ranked number one in Colombia. In 2009, Carolina founded Ennovva,digital advertising agency and business incubator.As President, she positioned as the top agency in Colombia opening global offices. She was named President of Grupo Zyyei, encompassing 12
innovation companies. She received the Oustanding CEO of the Year award of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, in the Top Minority Business Awards. She is also board
member for various companies in different businesses ranging from virtual stores to mo bile marketing, tv production, affinity marketing and a Mobile Virtual network operator.
