Chadia de Simone is a Managing Director and Partner and she currently serves as the Global Head of Marketing and oversees BCG's global Marketing strategy and operations.

She joined BCG in 1990 and after six years on client service she has taken a number of roles including Global Client Team Senior Director, EMEA Client Team Manager, European Head of HR, European Head of Staffing, European Project Manager and Italy Head of HR prior to her current responsibilities.
Chadia holds a dual BS degree in Business Administration and Management and a Juris Doctorate from ICADE - E3
