Charlotte Lindberg Warakaulle, Director of the United Nations Library & Archives Geneva, is a Danish international affairs and science diplomacy leader.
She previously served as Director for International Relations at CERN (2016–2025), overseeing government relations, science diplomacy, fundraising, and global outreach, including the CERN Science Gateway. Earlier, she spent over 15 years at UN Geneva in senior roles across political affairs, partnerships, communications, and advisory functions.
Warakaulle holds an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and degrees in history from the University of Copenhagen and the University of Sydney. She has held a research fellowship at Cambridge focused on EU governance.
