Christian Rynning-Tønnesen joined ICP Infrastructure as Senior Partner and CEO in August 2024. Prior to joining Aker, Rynning-Tønnesen served 14 years as the CEO of Statkraft, Europe’s largest producer of renewable energy and a leading player in global energy markets. Rynning-Tønnesen holds a Master of Science from the Norwegian Institute of Science and Technology and has previously worked with a.o. McKinsey and Norske Skog. He is actively engaged in energy and climate related topics and is a commissioner in The Global Commission on the Economy and Climate.
