Founding partner of Catavento Consultoria, a consultancy on strategy and sustainability. Appointed to the Board of Directors of Petrobras as of April 2018. Executive Director at the Brazilian Petroleum Institute – IBP (as of April 2016). Board Committee of Sustainability of the Brazilian mining company Vale (May 2017-2019). Senior fellow at the Energy and Infrastructure Centers of the Brazilian think tank CEBRI (as of July 2017). Her principal areas of expertise are energy transition and climate change, while she also holds strong skills in engaging with C-level and articulating long term vision on megatrends. Degree as Economist and 1989, Master's degree, Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. 1993-94, Adviser on Plano Real, Finance Ministry; 1995-99, advised several Presidents of National Bank for Economic and Social Development on special projects; 1999-2002, Executive, Petrobras, responsible for corporate strategic planning and advising Board of Directors; 2002, with Organizações Globo, on proposal to restructure group. 2004-2013 Executive Director of the Brazilian Foundation for Sustainable Development.
