Since 2020 Cleo has launched and grown New Zealand's first alternative protein dessert company using upcycled fruit. Focusing on the nutrients and taste of produce, Cleo and her company LILO are changing the perceptions around our food system one snack at a time.

Cleo speaks Mandarin and has lived and worked in Mainland China and Taiwan. She is passionate about strengthening this relationship beyond trade through people to people connection. Cleo is a member of the New Zealand China Council and an active supporter of the Dunedin-Shanghai Sister City Relationship.
