Collin is the Curator of the Austin hub of the Global Shapers Community.

As a senior program manager at Meta, he designs and deploys quality systems to ensure the effective enforcement of platform moderation policies. Collin was a winner of Meta's global hackathon, prototyping an AI-powered tool set to revolutionize the work of content moderators. Prior to his technology career, he served as an Aviation Officer in the United States Army.

Collin is a Schwarzman Scholar with an MA in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University (清华大学) and BSc from the US Military Academy at West Point.

A committed humanitarian, he co-founded an evacuation task force to rescue and resettle dozens of at-risk Afghan families post-2021 coalition withdrawal. Collin is passionate about generative AI, internet integrity, and international security.
