Currently, Professor of International Politics, Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. Senior Editor, The National Interest; Contributing Editor, Foreign Policy. Author of four books, including All Politics is Global (2007) and Theories of International Politics and Zombies (2011); Editor of two books, including Avoiding Trivia (2009). Has published articles in numerous scholarly journals as well as in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Foreign Affairs. Commentator for NPR's Marketplace; keeps a daily weblog for Foreign Policy magazine.
