Extensive international experience in corporate and commercial law (including antitrust/competition law and economic sanction regimes), intellectual property, regulatory adoption and integration (including data privacy), governance (legal and management structures of Forum entities), and internal compliance matters (e.g. company-wide policies and guidelines).

Current responsibilities: Head of Legal & Compliance at the World Economic Forum; managing all legal and compliance issues related to the World Economic Forum (including Geneva, Beijing, and Tokyo offices), World Economic Forum LLC. (New York) and C4IR Centres (Japan, India, and San Francisco).
