Daouii Abouchere is an ESG and Sustainable Finance professional. She is currently Head of ESG and Sustainable Finance at Channel Capital Advisors. In her role, she is responsible for implementing Channel’s ESG framework and driving the sustainable finance strategy across the Group, working with clients and investors to develop and execute new ESG and sustainable financing solutions. She is a member of the firm's Risk Committee.

Daouii is a member of the World Economic Forum, Royal Society of Arts, Institute for New Economic Thinking. and is a Senior Advisor at the International Economic Forum of the Americas. She holds a Honours BA from the University of Toronto and is fluent in English, Arabic, French, and a Nilo-Saharan Language. Conversational in Spanish.
She was recognized as one of Plastic Mobile’s 150 Inspirational Canadian Women.

Her interests include transition to circular economies, geopolitics (MENA and Africa), African economic development, and women's economic empowerment.
