Demilade is currently a fellow on the WEF's global future council on fragility and resilience, and is also studying towards an MPP (Public Policy) at the University of Cambridge. Her research at Cambridge focuses on balancing environmental and economic goals to achieve net-zero commitments. She has experience in various fields including climate change adaptation, waste management, sustainable water systems and circular economy.
