More than 26 years of experience, having held roles at MasterCard and GE Capital across direct marketing, advertising, product marketing and development and client management. With GE Capital, led Six Sigma projects for its Quality Organization efforts. Currently, Executive Vice-President, Global Merchant Product Development, MasterCard, focussing on better understanding consumer needs beyond the payment. These insights are then used in partnership with merchants and other customers to develop programmes that create a more holistic and rewarding shopping experience.
