Diana Guevara

Community Champion, Peru, Bolivia & Ecuador

Diana Guevara holds a Law degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito (2013), an MSc in International Public Policy from University College London (2014), and an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law, with a Concentration in International Human Rights (With Highest Honors) from The George Washington University Law School (2020). She is interested and has worked in a diversity of areas and topics, with an emphasis on international law, human rights, development issues, public and foreign policy, and cooperation. Currently consults for the World Bank (Global Indicators Group, Development Economics Vicepresidency), and is a part-time professor at Universidad Internacional del Ecuador and Universidad San Francisco de Quito.

Diana joined the Global Shapers Community in 2015, was vice-curator for the 2017-2018 period, curator of the Quito Hub for the 2018 – 2019 period, was Co-Chair of the Global Shapers Advisory Council (2021-2022) and served a two-year mandate until June 30 2023. Currently Community Champion for Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru.
