Dilfuza is a legal consultant at the International Commission of Jurists (international NGO) in Uzbekistan. She is also a part of the Social Development Team of the World Bank on citizen engagement. Previously, she worked at the Third-Party-Monitoring project of the ILO in Uzbekistan covering labour rights and feedback mechanisms during cotton harvest 206-2018. Dilfuza is an active promoter of human rights, particularly right to food and other social rights. Thus, she was a consultant at Child Protection Section of UNICEF Uzbekistan CO in 2018 covering protection policy of children left behind migrating parents. Having a position at Tashkent State University of Law and private company where she taught law and practice law, she had time for social activism and projects. She has perfect time-management skills enabling her to manage various projects simultaneously. She had internships at national Courts on criminal and civil cases in Tashkent and the OSCE Secretariat in Vienna (legal department).
Dilfuza has a Master`s Degree in Politics and Security (OSCE Academy in Bishkek) and Law (Tashkent State University of Law). During her studies, she was a president of her class and organized various scientific and social projects. She likes volunteerism and social activism.
Since 2016, she is a Speakers Curator of TEDx Mustaqillik Square.
She is a founder curator of Global Shapers Tashkent Hub since 2020, an active member of CAYN (Central Asian Youth Networking) since 2010 and was country director for Uzbekistan in 2016. She is OSCE Youth Ambassador for Uzbekistan since 2015.
